At Adnan Pardesy, we are committed to providing the highest quality workmanship. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order; we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions.
“Normal conditions” typically refer to situations where the product is delivered as described, without defects or errors in workmanship, and meets the quality standards set by Adnan Pardesy. In such cases, where the product meets our quality control standards and matches the description provided at the time of purchase, Adnan Pardesy does not offer returns or exchanges. This policy is in line with our commitment to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Before completing your purchase, we encourage you to carefully consider your choices and ensure that the selected items meet your requirements. By making a purchase with Adnan Pardesy Studio, you acknowledge and agree to our “No Refund, No Exchange, and No Return” policy.
There is no exchange policy as per the customer’s liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order for our customers.
An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, reported within 24 hours after receiving the product. To notify us of a defective product, please contact our customer service team at +92 321 821 2999 or adnanpardesystudio@gmail.com and provide the following information to justify your claim:
- Order number or reference
- Description of the defect
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Any other relevant details or documentation related to the defect
Upon receiving the defective product, we will conduct a comprehensive investigation to assess the reported issues.
Our investigation process includes visual inspections, documentation review, communications, and an internal review to thoroughly assess reported issues with the items and determine the appropriate resolution.
In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
The brand reserves the right to make final decisions on refunds and replacements based on the outcome of the investigation.
Wedding Wear and Couture dresses cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We do not offer Return and Exchange on any of our International orders. In case of any defective or damaged item being received by the customer, a fresh item will be sent again after necessary investigations of the claim.
The customer should notify any discrepancy within 24 hours of the online order being delivered. Adnan Pardesy Studio will not cater to any exchange/return after the above-mentioned time period.
Refund Policy:
All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value, if only there is a quality issue or the goods are damaged.
